The movers were great. However the company that actually takes your money took my money upfront before even confirming the people I wanted were available that day. Which they weren't. I had to go with a different company, which was fine but had to wait till the next day. My money would have taken 3-5 business days to refund. They shouldn't take your full amount till they can confirm through availability. When I brought this up I was told they are aware of the problem and have been working in it for over a year

We used Roblas for a simple move out of a 1 bedroom apartment. They messed up the arrival window and showed up an hour late. The guys were very polite and hard workers which is why I’ve given them 2 stars, however, despite providing blankets and plastic moving wrap, they managed to tear the fabric on the corner of my couch and ruin my brand new king size mattress. They must have dragged it along the ground, as it was black on the bottom when we unpacked. Super disappointed and would not use them again.
