They were on time and worked very hard. They were very courteous and took care to pack & load things carefully, and asked us our preference on many things. Two of the three didn’t speak English which was a little challenging but there was one English speaker that made sure they all knew what to do. They stayed a total of 5 hours over what we prepaid between 2 days of work (1 day packing, 1 day loading). I know they can’t guarantee that but as we had a large house they stayed to make sure they did everything we needed.

The two young men were on time and polite, but there was a language barrier, unfortunately. I needed only certain items to go into the truck and needed some things by the door for my first drop-off location. Not only did this not happen, but they couldn't fit everything into the truck. We had to finish packing after the loaders left. And, this is after I agreed to an additional hour because they said they could finish in that amount of time. Instead, I was charged another hour for them to tie the bikes in and to tell me the truck was full after about 15 minutes.
