One of your workers provided did not speak any English and hurriedly picked up storage items and didn’t listen to Austin at all. Austin did his best until he got injured moving large items with little assistance from the other person. At times this person was on his cell phone. We did get backup after Austin injured his shoulder but this person also did not speak any English as well. It was very difficult to manage these two men. I had to supervise the entire time with lots of frustration. I would not recommend your services to anyone. Plus the only equipment that was brought were two dolly carts and no tools. They had to use tools I had to take a door off. I was told these guys will show up with dollies and tools to do the job.

I hired Maikol and Maurice from Roblas Services to help me move into my new 3rd floor apartment on Sunday. From the moment they arrived, I could tell they were going to make the moving process as smooth as possible.
Maikol and Maurice were very professional and efficient. They showed up on time with the proper moving equipment. They worked quickly but carefully to load all of my belongings onto the moving truck. I had a lot of heavy furniture and boxes, but they made everything look effortless.
When we got to the new apartment, they worked up a sweat taking everything up to the 3rd floor. They were friendly and polite the whole time. Maurice even offered to assemble my bed frame to save me the hassle. I really appreciated the extra help.
In the end, they had me fully moved in within a two hours. Everything made it safely and nothing was damaged. I'm really grateful for how smoothly Maikol and Maurice were able to handle the move. The value they provided definitely exceeded what I paid. I would definitely recommend Roblas Services especially Maikol and Maurice, to anyone looking to make a hassle-free move."
