We used Roblas for a simple move out of a 1 bedroom apartment. They messed up the arrival window and showed up an hour late. The guys were very polite and hard workers which is why I’ve given them 2 stars, however, despite providing blankets and plastic moving wrap, they managed to tear the fabric on the corner of my couch and ruin my brand new king size mattress. They must have dragged it along the ground, as it was black on the bottom when we unpacked. Super disappointed and would not use them again.

My husband and I have used Roblas services to help unload two containers from a multi-state move on two separate days. This team is not only phenomenal in communication, but also punctual and efficient. Throughout the entire unloading process, our items were handled with care and respect.
