We experienced a few problems with Kush.
- I did not appreciate some of the brute force attempts at moving heavier pieces that might have been better being disassembled or _paying attention to loading strategy... see below_. Even some wrapped and quilted wood furniture ended up with scratches. We had quilts left over so I don’t know what they did wrong... there should have been plenty.
- they did a pretty good job of loading boxes and some furniture, but the overall loading plan was not great - we specified certain priority items, and although I was assured everything would fit (I was skeptical), it didn’t, and a few key pieces were left behind, and we’ll have to make due until we can get another move for the remaining items. We had to enlist the help of a family member and a large truck to pack some remaining boxes that should have gone in the UHaul.
- there was no shifting during the move - nearly everything was in the same place at the destination.
- we asked them to wear masks (and provided them) because we have a family member’s health concern not just for COVID, but contracting any illness. That lasted 5 minutes before the masks were off... only one gentleman at least tried. Health and safety is a concern for us, and I don’t feel like they even tried to address our specific request. Now compare that to another company that unloaded our truck - they wore masks the whole time.
- On of the movers showed up within the scheduled window, while the other 3 were over 30 minutes later - outside our time slot. At least I wasn’t charged until they were all there.

What types of moves have you handled?
Long distance from San Diego to Virginia , Chicago, Montana, Washington, Texas, Tennesse, New York, Georgia, Oregon Incoming clients from all over the country. International client booked with us we packed and moved all there belongings in storage while children teenagers supervised. We have 3 states we service and we provide carrier services
