2 hrs late, I thought I may have been scammed when Noone would answer my calls. They ended up bring 2 extra guys I think as compensation.
No masks or gloves, or initial washing of hands when they got to our place.
They did work hard, but they seemed tiered and overworked.
No stradegy for loading my truck, we had to reorganize the truck when they left.
Broke a light ficture in the rental apartment that I was moving out of, which I was charged for.

These guys were amazing! Worked hard and fast and carefully. Loaded and repositioned until everything fit together like a puzzle. Friendly and courteous too. HIGHLY recommend.

The truck was loaded incorrectly, and I paid the price. Upon arrival it was a total disaster. Glass was packed flat, chairs were used as a base, items clearly labeled "Fragile" were at the bottom of the stack and crushed upon arrival. There were crushed boxes all throughout the load, nothing was wedged tightly, wood was placed against wood which destroyed the finish on the items. The loading crew arrived on time, were friendly, and worked hard, but if they don't load correctly and your things are destroyed, then what's the point? It was also total chaos during the loading, and it was extremely stressful when the truck was loaded -- too many people trying to load too fast. The crew on the other end who unloaded said it was the worst loading they had seen in a long time.
I chose Hire a Helper so that I would get the best, but now I think I could have done better choosing from craigslist at random.

I used them both for loading from my home and unloading at the new place. Both times half the crew showed up and others were delayed by hours which made things complicated. On unloading, they were not up to the task and left my brand new stairs and railing all scratched and gouged and brand new carpet all stained. Most furniture items are scratched, Instructions were ignored or forgotten to where to put things which caused double work for many items...
I am giving them two stars because two out of their 8 workers were really hard working and if left to manage would have done a better job than all others combined. the work was not finished at the end either and I am still working on it.

They were quick friendly helpful and on time. They gave good advice about packing for any future moves. They were very respectful and any question I had asked. I would use them again.

They were on time. They had the necessary tools. They worked hard and made the best use of every minute. They were respectful of me and my property. I would definitely request these men back to assist with unloading of my storage unit.

They were almost three hours late! But they compensated this delay by sending two more people at no charge.
Unfortunately, one wood cabinet was dropped and badly damaged!

Our reservation was for 2 guys, 2 hours for moving furniture. One guy showed up and said they just sent him out. He had to call and get another person sent out, which took an additional 45 minutes before someone got here.
Other than that they did a great job. But was a little annoying to have one person show up when the reservation was explicitly for two and two were needed for moving furniture items.

Long distance from San Diego to Virginia , Chicago, Montana, Washington, Texas, Tennesse, New York, Georgia, Oregon Incoming clients from all over the country. International client booked with us we packed and moved all there belongings in storage while children teenagers supervised. We have 3 states we service and we provide carrier services
