Derek and his co-worker arrived right on time. They assessed the situation and immediately began moving boxes and furniture. d they worked fast. I tried to get them to take a break, but they chose to continue working steadily. We had a king size latex mattress that was a bear to wrestle into submission, but they hung in there and got the job done without incident or damages. They were easy to work with. Our goods were packed tight in the truck. They even helped us load our motorcycle. They completed the job in 4 hours. We would use them again.

We hired WP and L for moving several rooms of furniture in our home. Derek and Ron were very professional. They were on time, courteous and respectful of our property. We hired them for a 2 hour job, thinking that we may need them longer,they worked diligently and had everything moved and reassembled within the 2 hours. Would definitely use them again.

They were almost an hour late, but did call and say what time they would arrive. Alonza, Derrick (sp?), and Brittany (sp?) were very nice and polite. Even though they knew they would be disassembling furniture, they arrived with no tools and had to use mine. Initially, they seemed to be loading the truck effectively for my long drive, and I informed Alonza a couple times that I had ratchet straps to secure the load. He told me the straps wouldn't be necessary because the load was packed tightly. Upon arrival at my destination, I discovered that the load had in fact shifted severely. Mattresses and some other furniture had fallen toward the rear of the truck and onto the legs of my dining room table, which were bent as a result. The unloaders had to climb through a small gap at the top of the truck to access the middle of the load. They had to use multiple ratchet straps to pull the mattresses and furniture upright to begin unloading the rear of the truck. The table was the only casualty and other items were scratched, but my mattresses ended up filthy because of the effort required to get them off the truck. W, P and L is a decent company, but attention to detail could improve.
