The actual movers were 15 minutes earlier than what there manager had stated. They were eager and found a solution to a problem that could have been prevented had the manager communicated more with me and or the hireahelper representative. They were polite and professional Only advice i would give is wear clothing that would be more comfortable to move furniture and also the manager needs to work on the professionalism of communicating with his upcoming jobs and customers. Also update your display on the website as it does state you provide tools for assembling furniture when you gave your employees no direction or knowledge of what type of move was requested. Overall successful move.

Alonza and Derek were on time, professional, courteous, and handled all of my household goods, including antiques, with great care. Derek is a pro at loading POD containers, and no space was wasted. W P and L is efficient, and their rates are very reasonable.
