After a few missed calls and phone issues that were sorted out, I was able to speak to Alonza. He kept me in the loop or someone from his company would call me and inform me what was happening and where the workers were at. The continuous communication was excellent and efficient. His packers did a stellar job and were thorough and careful. On loading day they had the house done in about 4 hours and were pulling away. Pretty impressive.

Quality moving solutions did a great job for us. They took the worry and the hassle out of the move and made it an enjoyable experience. They showed up on time , they are very qualified, know what they're doing, very efficient and respectful of our goods. We were very very satisfied with them. Yes we would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends who have a move to do.

The three men we're awesome and helpful. It was not their fault but we were scheduled at 12:00 and they called to say they were going to be late around 1:30 because their earlier job ran over time. That was fine but I had a rented truck that had to back by 4:00 so my daughter and I began emptying the POD ourselves. By the time the gentlemen showed up to unload we had it already 3/4 of the way emptied. It took them about 1 1/2 hours to complete their job and I got stuck for a bill for three hours. I did not like that AT ALL. The men we're great! If I recommend Hire-A-Helper I will tell people to just reserve for an hour and if it goes over then you just pay for that. I don't think it's fair for those of us who plan, get put off because of some other customer that runs over their time then get shafted for time not used.
