Update 10/31 - The owner called me and apologized about the mixed up. Hence he offered a full refund but I agreed to only 50% refund due to some amount of work those students did. They corrected their mistake.

I would give these jokers ZERO if I could. They were scheduled to come around 10 am on Saturday 10/30. I got a call asking if I can be flexible and would be fine if they come around 2pm. I said yes its fine. Two school boys showed up at 1:55pm and communication was terrible. They came and tell me “We think we can help” - I was like thats why we hired you right? Then they keep asking every single minute whats next? wasting pretty much all their time and ours. I have had all my friends come over to help us to load the trailer box. Basically they wouldn't be helpful much. Long story short, they were not much helpful. If you cannot do your job right and send school boys, wondering why you guys are in business? Nothing wrong with the loaders/helpers. Its with the company, sending poor quality loaders, unexperienced, have no idea what they are doing. I have to hire someone else and I would certainly not recommend “Allstar Jokers”

The guys who helped me with my move were on time, courteous and speedy! They were great. They showed up on time and worked hard! My only criticism is that they were not provided with the proper equipment like no dolly.

David, Jay and Michael were excellent and did an amazing job. They were friendly, on time, took their time to figure out how to get the embroidery machine up the stairs. They placed it on the table and secured it. I highly recommend these three young men. If the need arises I will definitely use Allstate Movers again. This is a 5 Star company!!!

My movers were 30 minutes late past the one hour window, despite being called to be there on time. One smelled of alcohol. They did great with packing the boxes, but my heavy furniture and odd shapes was a disaster. All the weight ended up on one side and I had to drive cross country. The put my peloton bike facing down and broke one of the steel decorative trees. Plastic bins were on the bottom and boxes on top. I left them go after they started arguing and one walked off and got in the car. The other was nice and tried to shove my stuff in at the end and I told him to leave because it clearly didn’t fit. I spent the night /5 hours repacking half the truck so my stuff fit and was safe for driving. Terrible experience other than packing a few walls with boxes.

Rayshon and Dave were great! They called the morning of our appointment to confirm the time and arrived within the quoted timeframe. They were extremely professional and worked quickly and quietly to move several large and delicate items for us. Will definitely work with them again!
