I am disappointed. I used this company in LA for the first half of my move and my experience was good. So I decided to use them again for the second half of my move in Chicago. I hired two movers for two hours. One of the movers showed up 30mins late so a lot was not able to get done in those 30mins with just one mover. And he didn’t so much as look me in the eye, say hello or introduce himself when he arrived. Secondly, I would have felt much more comfortable and confident with movers who were larger and stronger. While I don’t mean to judge someone’s strength by their appearance, these two movers were smaller than any professional movers I’ve ever seen and had a very hard time lifting and maneuvering a lot of the bulkier items. They struggled heavily with a mattress and a standard three seater couch. I felt I had to watch them move every heavy or fragile item as to make sure nothing would get dropped or banged into the walls from their lack of strength and control. And last, I have to note personal hygiene was absolutely not up to par. I get that you might have a little B.O. when you sweat but a simple application of deodorant is 100% appreciated as well as not smoking a cigarette directly outside of my home, seconds before you are about to enter my new space. My entire living room space smelled terrible from both movers for different reasons and I had to open the windows while they moved stuff in, for some extra air flow. While they finished within 2hrs and 30mins, they did not charge for the extra 30mins because one of them was 30mins late. They weren’t unkind people and got the job done but I was not at ease watching them move and was unimpressed with their energy and lack of professionalism.

They were great. They actually called earlier to see if they could come a little earlier and of course I said yes. They were very polite hard working guys. Would definitely recommend them! Thanks guys for a great job!!

(Note: I intentionally scheduled this group because they appeared to have more availability.) The movers called me after the end of the scheduled arrival time and told me they would be 50 minutes late; no apology just the statement "we had an issue with an earlier move and that's how it is". I told them I needed to finish my move by a certain time according to the apartment management and it would be difficult to do so if they were that late and I asked if they could provide an alternative for me. They said "No, [they] would be there in 45-50 minutes".
Because of my concern about the time limitation, I ended up moving about 2/3 of the items myself prior to their arrival.
They were actually about 70 minutes late. They ended up finishing the move of the remaining items in about 20 minutes. However, they did not offer any discount or apology and then quickly rushed me through the close out and payment process; ensuring that I pay the full price for not much effort on their part. This was also tacky and unprofessional.

They showed up 3 hours early. We didn’t have the truck yet. They packed items which they didn’t ask if they should like clothes for the day after move, blankets, sheets, etc. we still are trying to locate them.
