The young man who moved my stuff was professional and outstanding. However, the operations were sloppy. I was promised an arrival window of 6-7pm. The person did not show up until 8:30pm. I paid for two people and only one person came. I tried calling multiple times to confirm my movers and the coordinator did not pick up. I would not recommend. Not worth the price.

This was the worst service I have ever received with a move. First, the move was scheduled for 8-9 am. They came at 9:15-9:20. I could not get a hold of the contact person, Rayshon, to inquire about the movers ETA. We were moving across the country and needed to leave on time to begin the drive. We didn’t end up getting to our destination until 2am because of this. On top of being late, they were quite slow and I noticed them texting on their phones or taking phone calls or standing in the truck rather then moving our boxes. I also organized all of the boxes in our garage and got everything ready for them
The night prior to speed up the moving process. To top it off after charging us for another hour they said “our boss is saying we have to leave the job” and then closed us out and LEFT before completing the move. We had to finish the rest of the move ourselves. When we arrived at our destination, several of our furniture items
were also damaged. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Rayshon arrived on time and finished well within our booking window. He was professional and courteous while working very hard. We will definitely use his services again. Don’t hesitate to book with Allstar movers.

They broke multiple items and left halfway. This was without a doubt the worst moving experience I've ever had. The individual guys were nice, and I think they did all they could, but I'm still not sure why they left.
