Our movers themselves were wonderful. However the politics between Allstar and the company that staffed them was insane. The movers who were actively trying to help us were told to stop multiple times. We were charged an extra $258 for a charge that was false and a blatant lie but had to move forward because we are selling the property. I will not be using this company again. To be clear- the movers who helped us were amazing. The company itself was the huge issue.
