Highly recommend this company for movers. There were supposed to be two movers but due to traffic and weather James was the only one that was able to attend. Despite the fact that he was alone for a very big job he persevered to get our storage pod filled! We were on a time crunch to declutter and get our house listed as soon as possible. James did not disappoint. He was polite, and kind through this the whole process. Thank you is not enough for what he accomplished. He is a true asset to the company. Thank you for everything James!!

I’m updating this review from 5 stars because the crew members were quite literally hovering over me watching me write a review and would not leave until I completed it. Not to mention I’m a female alone, so this made me extremely uncomfortable. The movers showed up an hour and a half late to a two hour job, putting me over my time window for my moving truck and freight elevator/loading dock reservation. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they showed up and were nice, and got my things moved very quickly BUT the only reason everything was done when it was is because I had already moved the majority of my things (what I could do alone) by myself before they showed up. Going downstairs behind them I was finding screws from my furniture - that they took apart - in the elevator and hallways. At one point they dropped a large sheet of glass, and I’m just grateful it didn’t break. By the time they finished we were being yelled at by other people who were trying to move in/out as well. Management was very unprofessional and never called to confirm the service and also did not call the day of with a time. Each time I spoke with management it was extremely impersonal and I felt rushed off of the phone. In addition, upon originally calling them I could not get an answer, only a text saying “I’ll call you back” which never happened either. The day of, the job was scheduled for them to show up between 3 and 4. At 3:40 I called because no one had showed up or contacted me yet, only to be told “they should be there closer to 4” by management. The movers then called me to say that they were finishing a job and were about 20 minutes away, and that it it might be closer to 4:30, then they still did not show up until 5:30. I don’t know that I would blame the issues on the movers themselves, but mostly on management for poor communication and overall lack of customer care.
