Kangaroo was able to fit me in with a 24 hr notice. Guys came at exactly the right time and were quick to load and unload. Very personable and attentive workers. Worked hard to get things done as quickly as possible and with care. This is the second time I've used Kangaroo this year and will use them again if needed.

Two man crew to offload a 20' container to storage. The container was 4' off the ground so everything had to be lowered to ground level and then moved to storage unit. They did great quick work and we'll be using them again when ready to move from storage.

They were great! They arrived quickly, performed the job quickly and well, used lots of hand sanitizer, and had only one person enter my apartment. Excellent service!

The guys were nice, but it took 3 hours for them to move an Ikea couch (which I'd disassembled on my own and only needed help with two reassembly steps), an Ikea bed (which I needed help with only 4 disassembly/reassembly steps), a mattress, and 2 small cabinets. My move was only 12 minutes down the road, and both apartment buildings had elevators. The movers also had to use my tools, and then they forgot (I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say "forgot") to return two of them to me at the end and took the tools with them. Also, I didn't realize until afterward that they mis-assembled my bed and actually broke one part of it. $600 for all of this is a major disappointment.

This is an update to my previous review. The owner contacted me and I really appreciate his follow up. We were reimbursed for an hour’s work. We will definitely use Kangaroo movers again and have been assured this was not a typical situation. Our past experience was excellent with this company. Our heavy items were unloaded by two guys and that was most important to us. There was no damage to our belongings. Give them a call, I believe they will do a good job.

It was a good service, I will recommend it to others. They were in time, strong and did not do any damage. It was a little over then the time I expected to be finished and I had to pay $600 extra but it was good. I tip them $60 for their nice service.
