One of movers came at between 2-3 pm range. The one got at 330pm. They load the large stuff in.

After the TERRIBLE experience I had with the first company "GPM Transport LLC" which I hired through Hire a Helper, they didn't care about my property (from the way they handled things) and to make things worse, they walked off the job without notifying me, I just happen to go outside and they were gone. I then called the guy who represented the company and he was no better than the workers he hired, he didn't care. That company is BAD, they shouldn't accept jobs they aren't equipped to complete.
I then panicked, not knowing what to do, to get my belongings unpacked. I reached out to Hire a Helper and they were the best, they worked quickly to find me Muscle Movers at the last minute, I am so so happy with Hire a Helper quick action to assist me.
As for the two guys with Muscle Movers, they were great and completed the job in approx 1 3/4 hours, they were quick. I would only have one complaint, one mover would bring the dolly to the door and carry the items from there to the inside of the apartment, which is how I wanted, whereas the other mover would roll the dolly into the unit, that I wasn't happy about because our floors and carpet are brand new and didn't want to cause damage, but that is something I'll deal with later, other than that all went well and quickly.
If needed in the future, I would definitely use Muscle Movers again.

We hired Muscle Movers to assist my husband and me with unloading our 16-foot POD container.
Raul and Bryan did a great job. Nothing was damaged. They were on time, hardworking, quick, respectful, and enjoyable people to work alongside. It was a great decision for us. We would repeat the decision 10/10!
Tip: Don't be like me. I forgot to buy cold bottles of water. We unloaded the POD on a warm day. All four of us would have benefited from cold water at the ready.

They communicated well about confirming timing the day prior and delay for the day of. However, the day of, they showed up without a dolly, smelled heavily of marijuana, and stated they had not intended to take on the job as they could have been paid for a larger job elsewhere. Also, they were purposefully taking their time in order to charge for an additional hour (as they requested to be paid in cash for the third hour, and also requested tips in cash). It was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Would not recommend these particular movers again.
They were respectful of property, handled items with care.
