I was a little disappointed that they did not have any dollies, straps to hold furniture to the dolly, and they were unable to move a few items because of glass in the entertainment center doors and weight. Information may have been lost when I made the request but there was a 400 lb. safe that needed to be moved down a flight of stairs and they didn't know about it.
They did pretty good with the information they had. They were very willing to move most everything else.
Other than some minor damage to a dresser and the railing on the stairs.

I booked three people for six hours, and the day has come. Three people showed up, but one stopped working after two hours, stating he felt dizzy. Finally, only two guys did hard work, and they were not able to finish the loading. I had to load other items on my own. Even after paying thousands of dollars, I was left stranded.
Unfortunately, I booked packers from the same company, and they did the worst packing I have ever seen. All the boxes broke, and they didn’t even care how much a box could hold. Many things broke before leaving for the day. The packers said that I didn’t have many items, so it wouldn’t take 6 hours for the team to load, and they said for a few hours of loading, the team would pack.
I am giving these stars just for two guys who put in all their effort.

When stacking the boxes as they unloaded a PODS, they did not take into consideration the weight of the boxes, and some tipped over. They also left soft goods (pillows, blankets, cardboxes, etc) out in the elements, and the boxes were stacked way too high. I was disappointed.
