Two guys were expected, and they both came on time, but I was very surprised by the disposition of the assistant. The lead mover was doing all the work and for the first 30 minutes, the assistant was no where to be found......walking around downstairs doing nothing.
The next 30 minutes, he loaded a pair of little visitor's chair, and thereafter was seating down in the lobby. When asked what he was doing, he claimed he deserve a 15 minutes break! In that confrontation, he was arguing with me (the customer) that he deserve two 15 minutes breaks. For someone who has not done a 10 minutes of work, but claim he deserve a break.... this is remarkable to me!!
Secondly, this same assistant should never have been sent to my facility to load or unload.... there was alcohol in his breath at 11am, he appears to be impaired with an unstable balance when he walks, and I almost send the entire crew back to their office. I had to assist the lead loader in loading the truck since his assistant did little or nothing in the entire process, and I have a deadline to meet.
Thirdly, I had to call their supervisor twice to get a replacement. To the credit of the company, they did send a third person to join in the off loading (unloading) process, which was less than half of the items loaded. The other half of items in the truck was going to Salvation Army. And they, the Company, had the audacity to assess me an additional hour of work, which I refused to pay. I will never recommend these movers to anyone.

They showed up on time and crushed it. 16ft Budget Truck full. They even helped wrap stuff, take off feet, etc. On top of that they were getting down on my funk Playlist. Wonderful experience considering I'm moving....highly recommend.

DO NOT USE THE COMPANY!!! They were 2 hours late to begin the horror! They sent a 23 and 26 year old inexperienced worker both of which are the owners children. I hired 3 workers, but only 2 of three could do heavy lifting. Because of their inexperience they were unable to get my 2 bedrooms, 2 sofas, dining table, office furniture and boxes into a 26 foot truck which can handle 5 bedrooms and more. Because they were unable to get all my items on the truck 2 trips were made. My old address and new address are an hour away from each other. My items were damaged and poorly handled. One of my end tables was left on the truck. After I contacted them about it, they delivered it late last night outside face down broken outside my neighbor’s garage. Be mindful it was a glass table. No one notified me of the delivery and I found out when my neighbor asked if the item was mine. The entire horrific move took 12 hours bc of the careless and unprofessional workers. Because of their poor service they charged me additional time. I’ve had the same items packed before in 26 ft truck and they all fit. I should not be penalized for incompetent workers. Do not use this company!

Our movers arrive and ask for a quick walkthrough of the property, and at this time you should express any concerns you have or special request you may have.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Try to make sure boxes are sealed and ready to be moved, if there are any items not to be moved please make sure they are marked.
