Staff was friendly. Communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. Furthermore the movers were highly efficient and did a fantastic job with prepping all items and ensuring everything fit in the storage container we were using to transport our furnishings cross-country.

I just want to let everyone know, I had never used movers before. Everyone kept telling me to be so careful. I used Morrison Moving sent to me by Hire a Helper, and they were fantastic. Very polite, hard working young men. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Hire a Helper for sending them to me.

First, they were a half hour outside of the scheduled arrival time and it was obvious that one of the workers reeked of alcohol. After we determined that it would be over 90 minutes before the truck could be repaired, we rescheduled several hours later(4-5 and they showed after 5:30) and again they did not meet the time frame. They were careless handling some fragile furniture by not using pads or shrink wrap and missed taking shelves out of a bookcase. They were also obsessed with their cell phones because that seemed to slow them down. Put the cell phones away when you are working and do the job right, not sloppy and need to be reworked!! If your workers are too tired to do a good job later in the day...send them home for their own safety sake. I would only recommend this company if I got them in the morning and I took their phones away until they were done.

Marcel and George were are movers today. They did a fantastic job, were super efficient, and made sure everything was strapped in tight for our move. They were both super friendly and professional! We enjoyed our time with them and were very grateful for their hard work!
