I'm deeply saddened that I have to leave this review as I've used Hire a Helper many times with not a single issue.
Our experience this time has literally made me cry. My brand-new dresser and both nightstands purchased from Klaban's Home Furnishing were damaged beyond repair. $6,285.00 worth of damage.
There are deep gouges in the tops of all of them, and the worst part is the movers didn't bother to bring it to my attention. They chose instead to hurry away leaving me to discover it on my own after their departure, with a generous tip each.
I'm so sick to my stomach right now, I can't fathom why anyone would not bring it to my attention right away. Accidents happen, and I honestly would have been more understanding if this had been the case.

Seems to know what they were doing of packing the trailer for a tight fit, respectful of our household goods. If I needed to hire them again I would, very please with the over all communication with moving staff company as well
