They were an hour late due to another job beforehand. We had told them we were unloading a 26 ft truck with 3 bedrooms/2 bath, garage and lawn furniture and they quoted us only 2 men for 2 hours. It ended up being an 8 hour job and they added another helper. It was 3 times the cost we were quoted. The helpers were very young and inexperienced in moving heavy furniture. With more helpers, we would likely have cut the time in half. One helper was in his teens and was bringing in little items one at a time, so we knew it was going to take forever. The customer service was great though and very responsive.
