I hired this company to load my POD from my house when I was undergoing a reno and they did a great job. Naturally, I was happy to re-hire to bring my stuff back into my home and they didn’t disappoint. Jayson, Rich, and Oscar(?) did a fantastic job. Really worked their butts off. Pleasant and professional. I had a couple heavy and challenging pieces and they did a great job handling the task. So satisfied with the quality of this service. The office was also excellent at communicating with me. Highly recommend this hard working company!

The woman representing the company over the phone was exceedingly nice and helpful. The movers arrived on time and were courteous. Unfortunately, the job was substandard. When I looked closely at how my belongings were loaded, I was shocked and heartsick. A friend of mine came over to check, his assessment was, "Are you f**king me?"
Despite having ample straps and moving blankets, the movers used a total of four straps for a large POD and not many blankets. Things were stacked and crammed haphazardly and totally unsecured. Glass picture frames were pressed, unprotected, against an interior sidebar in the unit. A heavy TV stand was placed directly on top of a low bookcase and slid across as evidenced by the deep gouge now on the top of the case. A metal stool was placed directly against the screen of a large TV. There was a blanket over the TV but neither item was secured, and the first pothole would have put the legs of the stool right through the TV screen.
The movers took 3 1/2 hours to do this. My friend took over 4 hours literally unloading and repacking at least 3/4 of the unit, using blankets and straps to properly protect and secure the items.
I don't like giving a bad review, but this was in no way a professional packing job. I essentially paid a lot of money to have them move my items from my house to my driveway. If this hadn't been redone, I hate to think of the jumbled, broken mess I would have ended up with. I've already seen damage; I hate to think of what more I'll find when the back of the POD is unpacked.

Reno Tahoe movers were fantastic! They arrived on time, communicated when they were on their way and they were quick yet still mindful to not bump furniture into walls etc. Highly recommend!
