Our intention was for a "smooth move". The movers arrived 15 minutes late but we were notified of this. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and asked to see the job. Once they assessed the job they went to work until it was complete. They placed furniture as instructed in the new location. They were respectful of our property and of us. The only thing that concerned us is they did not have masks on for the job. Washoe County is still mandating masks and this might be something to address for your employees. Otherwise, great job and highly recommended. Thank you and your staff for a "smooth move"!! All is well!

We hired 2 movers for a 2 hour period to unload our 20' U-Haul truck into our 3 bed, 2 bath house and they did an amazing job. They were efficient, careful with our furniture, and thoughtful. With items they were unsure about where to put, they would always make sure to ask my husband or me. I received text messages about when they were going to be arriving and calls to confirm everything so that both parties were on the same page. I am really happy that we hired Reno Tahoe Movers. It brought our move to a great end! :)

They were not POD packing experts as we had hoped but we were expecting that. My husband loaded trailers at one point in his career and knew more about proper loading but we didn’t want to spend a lot of time discussing the loading so we let them handle it. They helped us move the big things out that we couldn’t and that is what we really paid them to do. Hoping our stuff arrives in good condition. If it does, I give them 4.5 stars.
