At first i was upset because they arrived 1 hr late but Carlos and Jose made up for it. They did an excellent job and very knowledgeable. We couldn’t believe that they were able to fit almost all our stuff. We were going to throw away some of our belongings thinking it will not fit inside the PODS container. I don’t how they did it. Very happy and our stress were gone after they left. 5 stars for their service.

The movers were great.
However, I'll never do business with Hire a Helper again. The agreement was for two movers for a minimum of 2 hours. You sent 3 and then tried to storm arm me into saying I needed 3. I didn't need 3; I needed 2. And the 3rd one stood around and told the other two where to load things. Why can't you just be upfront and honest? Why send 3 and then try to scam more money out of me. I'm currently slaying you on social media with the goal of making it viral. You're a miserable excuse for a company. You have no ethics!!!!!!!

Javier and his partner were fantastic. Very prompt, worked efficiently, really polite, and patient and helpful when we decided to rearrange some of the furniture midway through the move. Highly recommend and would use again!
