Did they show up and (mostly) pack my truck? Yes. Would I recommend them? Probably not.

The owner seemed very disorganized. Even though I called a few days before and confirmed, he still showed up on the wrong day (a day early), and HireAHelper almost cancelled my order before they realized the mover's error. Then, on the day of move-in, he called and asked if he could come early. We scrambled to accommodate, but then they didn't show up on time anyway.

They took FOREVER, which cost me extra money. The last time I moved, the company I hired moved me out of my new place and into my new place in less than 2 hours. This company took FOUR hours simply to move me out (rather than also move me in), even with an extra man. I don't know what took them so long - whenever I looked, they were mostly just standing around. And our stuff wasn't even packed that well. (Well, the furniture was packed well, but the individual boxes were just haphazard.) They were unable to move the treadmill, even though that was basically why we hired them in the first place.

Overall, I'm grateful that they showed up and worked in the hot Florida sun, but I do feel like they cost too much and took too long, and the planning was a bit of disaster.

first of all if it was a confusion on my part to arrive a day before and be an hour even though they never answered our call, they never charged you anything I don't think that's a problem, second we arrived before the estimated time the dexia order of 3 pm to 4 pm and we arrived at 2:15 pm as agreed with you by phone, it should be noted that you called me yourself to tell me that you wanted one more hour because you had more things than usual, as well as I also gave you in third assistant without charging you absolutely anything for that third person, I informed you about the treadmill since your doors are smaller than usual and you notified me that your treadmill was assembled by professionals in the field since they were the same ones who sold it to you, and Nor did the work last 4 hours, as you say, it lasted 3 hours, and you were only charged the price of two assistants. You say that you did not pack well when we pack everything in the best way and you also affirm it in the comment. Besides, you gave him an extra tip for a good job.

CrocsMovers did a great job. They communicated clearly and showed up ready to work. It was amazing how much they got done in only 2 hours. We will definitely use them again.

Showed up almost an hour after they said they would because they “took lunch” but that time should’ve been accounted for before agreeing to come. They moved so slow and inefficient I could’ve done the job faster and better myself. They shoved things in the moving truck ripping the plastic wrapping I did to protect the furniture. Overall wouldn’t hire again and don’t recommend unless you’re okay with it taking forever

Mover's response:
I think you are confused about the company, we arrived at 1:45 pm and what was agreed was 1:00 pm between 2:00 pm, how can you say that we are slow if we did the job for you in 1 hour and 20 min, and the minimum that hire a helper charges you for 2 hours, I think you are confused about the company, We never break the packaging as that is what protects the furniture,

Annel and Ricardo They showed up 15 minutes early worked very well together and wouldn't let me help well under control, very fast put everything where we asked was very courteous, and definitely had the customer interest has a priority would highly recommend them ?? kudos to your great employees crocmovers the way to go
