THe crew we had were hard working and very nice. They went out of their way to make sure they took care of our belongings while making best use of space. They wiped down furniture before putting it in the pod when it started to drizzle. They were on time, worked hard, were a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

10am - Movers arrived and assessed what needed to be moved.
1015am - Movers did not assess the weight of a shelving unit properly and tried taking down the stairs. The movers damaged the walls leaving scrapes and two major gashes in the drywall. Also, the hardwood floor on the stairs was damaged; plus, the light switch at the top of the stair was pushed in past the switch plate. The shelving unit was damaged in process and is now no longer able to be moved.
Around noon - mover moved suitcase and scratched the floor
130pm - While moving couch damaged door frame and door
Do not recommend this provider. We decided to go with another mover to complete our loading into the second POD.

There are no words! They did amazing. Came in and jumped right to work, did a quick walkthrough and went to work. I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the packing and loading.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
