They were right on time and actually, due to an issue with a lost truck key, I was late. They were able to accommodate this unexpected delay of a couple hours and still complete my job, which was an absolute lifesaver. Pierre, Dominique, and Desire did a great job. They worked hard, didn't damage any items unloading, and had a friendly and helpful attitude. I would use them again.

Endless thank yous to Pierre and Ahmed! Unfortunate circumstances forced me to book MD Expert Movers barely 24 hours in advance. Despite the short notice, everything went more smoothly than I could have hoped. They showed up in the expected time range with the equipment necessary to transport my belongings from my PODS container in the parking lot, down a street to my building, and then up a floor and down the hallway to my apartment (with minimal complaints about the heat and long travel distance). The job was completed well within the 3 hours I'd booked, much to my relief. Overall great experience, I wouldn't hesitate to book them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
