Marcus called to confirm the move a couple of days out..which I was happy about. On moving day Marcus called to confirm. They were on time and so polite, it felt like family was moving me. Marcus put me at total ease and they got to work! They moved all my assigned items and help me with some other items as well. Marcus is truly "A Master Packer" & he packed my POD to perfection!! The guys that offloaded my things were great help who worked efficiently! Kenny and JT (hope I got the name right) were very professional and provided great service!
They did a good job of moving everything they needed and took care of most of our items. Minor scratches here and there. My only critique was the pace of work. When paying for 2 hours, it seemed lagged and took longer than expected to get larger items loaded. Overall, they were super friendly and I would recommend.
