Excellent, professional movers. They loaded up two pods for me for a cross country move. Were prompt and easy to work with, even during a last minute schedule hiccup on my part. They were very protective of my furniture and valuables. Can’t think of anything I would change.

I've used this crew twice. If I ever need loaders again, they are the first ones I would call. Showed up on time. Their leader made me feel confident right from the start that they knew what they were doing. Four hours later they had the truck loaded.

Gary and his helper (sorry I forgot your name) arrived on time, politely introduced themselves and got to work. They worked for 3 straight hours and during that time asked us numerous times to come take a look at the packing. They were polite, thoughtful, thorough and respectful of our belongings. The owners of Smart Move, LLC, take pride in their company. They were on time and prepared with the necessary equipment needed to move my things safely. They worked hard to complete the move in the time requested. They treated my things as if they were theirs. They made sure things were wrapped, then placed in the truck to prevent shifting while the truck was in motion.
They were very patient and thoughtful with my concerns on certain furniture pieces being wrapped and moved. Before they even began packing my pod they explained their gameplan to me which was comforting. Thank you!
X-Men Secure Movers sent Christopher and Maurice to unload our two PODS into our Life Storage Facility. They were on time and had all the tools necessary to get the job done. Our lovers did an excellent job emptying our trailer and putting things where they belong. We had a lot of damaged furniture, but not from them, it is the way the movers packed the trailer. They had our moving blankets on boxes and not on some of our furniture! (That was big boys in utah.) This company, very hard workers that were very efficient, and it was so appreciated.
