They did a good job of moving everything they needed and took care of most of our items. Minor scratches here and there. My only critique was the pace of work. When paying for 2 hours, it seemed lagged and took longer than expected to get larger items loaded. Overall, they were super friendly and I would recommend.

Marcus called to confirm the move a couple of days out..which I was happy about. On moving day Marcus called to confirm. They were on time and so polite, it felt like family was moving me. Marcus put me at total ease and they got to work! They moved all my assigned items and help me with some other items as well. Marcus is truly "A Master Packer" & he packed my POD to perfection!! The young men who came and packed my pod were amazing! They showed up with smiles and a “can do” attitude that helped put me to ease. I was worried about having a lot of stuff but they got straight to work and packed everything up rather swiftly. They were care to avoid hitting things on edges and walls while moving stuff and they managed to fit everything in one pod! I’ll definitely be recommending Direct Movers to my friends & family.
