1st worker didn't show up until 12:21 was supposed to be there between 11 and 12. 2nd worker didn't show up til 1:06 when the truck was almost emptied. They were respectful and did a good job. Would I use them again? I don't know.

Certified Moving Solutions was an excellent company to work with. It was easy and quick to book them through Hire-a-Helper.com. I’d first gone to Porch.com, who sent me to Hire-a-Helper.com. Pricing is clearly stated, and seems reasonable compared to other companies doing this work. … The 2 young men, Demetrius and Darius, showed up on time, and were prepared for the job. They first looked over what they’d be moving and then went to work. They were careful with my things, which included a piano. I thought I might need 3 hours but Darius and Demetrius finished the whole job in just 2 hours. I highly recommend Certified Moving Solutions. I will definitely use them again.

These guys were an hour early which was Fantastic for us!! They busted a move too! Carried our very heavy furniture with ease& care. They were also VERY Respectful and friendly! They finished 40min early. We absolutely loved these guys!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Drove from STL to Tulsa (0300-0930) in a 20” U-Haul/Vehicle tow. Was running a bit behind so I notified the company and they pushed my appointment from 1000-1100 to 1100-1200. Unfortunately, the movers didn’t show up until 1330, with nothing to help them move a rather large amount of furniture (strike one). They then proceeded to take their sweet-ass time unloading the vehicle (packing the truck took 1.5hrs). Unload time was 3 hrs. this was due to the main mover taking personal calls throughout the move and both movers basically dicking around inbetween trips (strike two). Strike three, was that a number of my items were damaged or dinged up during the unloading process. At that point I wanted this nightmare to end so encouraged them to hurry the hell up and get out. Overall, horrible experience and the least professional/motivated movers I’ve ever worked with.
