They were on time, clean, and ready to work. Very polite and listened to what I needed done. They took care and were efficient in loading the truck to make the best use of space. I would definitely recommend them.

The helpers treated our furniture poorly, they dragged heavy items broke bottom of our new executive desk. Chipped top of corner unit. Chipped corners of walls to the metal. Dropped boxes on stairs as they bounced our stuffed on the dolly so hard on each step of the stairs.. my husband had to tell them to stop as that would damage our packed items. Had to be told how to make use of truck space and pack neatly and efficiently. Shrink wrap is not for movers to grab on the item it’s to protect items from your dirty hands and truck floor etc.. Overall not a good experience. Poor professional appearance, guy had to keep pulling his pants up as his underwear was showing way down his butt, down right disrespectful and poor image to company. Men friendly but definitely not professionals. Thank God moves out of state and won’t used them again. One star is generous

The two helpers arrived on time. They were polite and introduced themselves. They were extremely hard workers and asked where items were to be placed. Followed directions and were respectful of my property. I would hire them again without a doubt. Fantastic helpers.

Jason and James arrived on time and wasted no time getting to work. What a fabulous couple of guys! Not only did they work exceptionally hard, they were so pleasant and respectful. They had smiles on their faces and even held fun conversations with my son and I as they made quick work of unloading our 26 foot moving truck. Amazing helpers!! Thank you Jason and James! I recommend them both and would use their services again!!

The movers were very courteous, friendly and helpful. Their mission was clearly to make my life easier. They showed up on time, brought the necessary materials (dolly, straps, etc.),s and got the job done. In less than 2 hours, they unloaded a 15 foot truck and 16 foot pod into a 4 bedroom house--with all the furniture and boxes placed rignht where I asked. I would certainly recommend them again.

On time. Showed up with a single small hand cart.Older guy had some experience. Teenager with him didn't know how to use the hand cart or how to stack things. Both worked hard but took them 2 hours to do a 60-90 min. job. Minor damage to bedroom wall

Very kind and respectful and hard working. They let me boss them around, which was cool ?? you know us girls like to be in charge ???? So all in all - all our stuff got moved, put everywhere we wanted, and nothing damaged. Great guys ??
