B-A-M was hired for 2 guys for 5 hours to move furniture within my home and to switch out a new refrigerator. Talked to them twice the week before to confirm the start time since a designer was driving an hour to direct the movers. They showed up 4 hours late, the dolly to move the refrig had flat tires and they didn't have the tools to do the job. (The two helpers were extremely nice and did the best they could--the company owner had an attitude and then charged me for the full 5 hours for 2 hours work. Went through my credit card company and HireAHelper and they refunded the overcharge. Not a way to do business!

They came very prepared ready to do the job, they kept myself and my husband engage on what they were doing and suggestions on how to..... they worked very hard, and very professional, we will definitely use them again, other than that, their arrival time was not within the time frame as discussed with their reception, we agreed to arrival time right before 9pm but they arrived after 9pm, which was no big deal for us because it gave us more time to do some more packing.
