I contracted for three workers for six hours to pack a 16' pod and to load and unload a 24' Uhaul truck for moving. The job was to start at 8 a.m. The crew arrived before the start time. They were very professional, courteous, polite, friendly, and well prepared for the job. This was an extremely hard working crew. The weather temp was above 90 degrees and I did not see them take any breaks. They worked extremely hard. I was truly amazed at the care that was taken not to scratch my furniture or my walls. I will definitely use this company and this crew again. This crew was awesome and deserves a better than 5 star rating.

My "planned" 2 hour loading of a 20' moving truck, from a 9th floor apartment, took 4 hours, due to additional furniture and miscellaneous items from family. This resulted in reorganizing the entire moving truck before "officially" starting to load the truck. (I basically loaded the truck ~1/4 full before even starting on my own apartment). The Bust-a-move crew members didn't flinch when we hit the 2.5 hour mark and knew we had a long way still to go. They were prepared for every piece of furniture, fragile item, and box. They, literally, organized the moving truck from floor to ceiling and front to back, to fit every item without damage. I would ABSOLUTELY hire a Bust-a-Move crew again....I only wish they were located where I was moving to, as I would have brought them with me to unpack!

Bust-A-Move did a great job for me. Mitch and Zack arrived on time with all they needed to do the job. Mitch did a wonderful job of packing, so well in fact that I used only 9 feet instead of the 14 feet allotted me thereby saving me $$$. Both guys did a professional job taking great care with my household goods. The finished well within the 2 hours estimated to do the job. I would highly recommend Bust-A-Move and will definitely wouldn't hesitate to use the again.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
