Wow! What a great company. It was a rainy day and we had a number of things to move between 4 locations, including some really heavy items. They worked efficiently the entire time and were careful with our things. And very pleasant. They were running late due to traffic at the tunnel (not a surprise considering the downpour and time of day) and called to let me know. I would recommend them and I will use them again.

The 2 man crew was on time and prepared for the job. I thought they worked hard and were most respectful of my items. Some of my items were very bulky & heavy, so they did bump into my walls going up the stairs. All in all, I would use them again, as I have the paint to touch up the walls and I don't believe they did any of it because of carelessness. I would use them again.

I highly recommend Bust-A-Move. They came on time, worked fast and efficiently and were friendly. They seemed to really know how to pack the truck so that nothing was damaged. I would use them again.

Johnny and crew were great. They were running a little late (20 min), but called ahead of time to let me know. Later, they called in 2 extra people and ended up completing the job early. They packed everything really well in the truck and provided a hand truck and plastic wrap as discussed. Nothing was broken when I unloaded. They sometimes laid things down that I wouldn't have wanted to be laid on the ground (curtains, couch cushions), but just wrap anything you want protected, and they are the best!

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
