The employees with bust a move company are superb. They were prompt and efficient with their time. They know how to pack a truck. My husband order a 26ft truck; therefore, there was an enormous amount of space that was empty, the truck was packed so well that even when my husband backed into a ditch and had to turn the wheel quickly so that the truck kept in momentum the furniture was not disturb in anyway. We thought we may had lost somethings but when we open the door nothing had fallen nor moved around. I am so glad that we chose bust a move . Also they have all theIr credential in order. Great experience! Crew was courteous, clean, and efficient. This was exactly the level of service we needed for our PCS move. My husband helped them unload the truck and I took care of my baby daughter without any worry about the unloading. The movers were careful with our things and overall it was a great experience. Johnny and his teammate did an outstanding job with helping us move some heavy furniture fast. They were on time and finished well before the time allotted. I would definitely use them again if the need arise.

Very nice , but I thought unorganized, I know my bedroom set is in three different u packs and some screws to it thrown in a box here and there, so should be fun trying to find it all. They should put in one place or given to me. I had lots of blankets to cover things so they did not get scratched or damaged, but they did not use them, told them to pull out items and cover, did half a.. Job on that. Had 4 guys and seem to take them a long time one showed up a little late and one showed up an hour late. Not what I had hoped for. Just hope when I unpack in a few days that things stayed in place and not in pieces.

I used Bust A Move to help me empty a POD into a truck. They arrived early and I was very late due to a problem with the truck. I kept in touch with Johnny @ the office and they waited for me at the site....a long time. They went above and beyond just waiting for me to arrive.
The job was completed quickly. The young men were very professional and worked hard.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
