They showed up late, but at least I was informed of thier lateness. They did not have what was needed to wrap my bed and they didn't use my own furniture pads or anything else to wrap my bed. I was disappointed. They left a plethora of space at the top of my pod and I ended up finishing the job by myself which was a challenge to say the least. I put several more loads in the pod after they claimed it was full before they left. They seemed nice, complained about the stairs the whole time, left several items unpacked, arrived late and left early. I provided them with ice water to help with the heat. I do not think I would hire them again.

The movers arrived on time and worked hard for nearly three hours. They were polite, friendly and were very respectful of my belongings. The only complaint was a few boxes that were marked to set aside ended up in the storage pod. We ended up having to go back to the pod and dig through to get them out. Although inconvenient, I would still recommend this company to anyone seeking their services.

The crew was right on time (and they were very patient when we needed a few more minutes to get one of our cats locked up in a back bedroom). They moved everything very quickly and carefully, and they asked questions to make sure they were careful with items we thought might be fragile. They were finished moving the furniture long before our estimated time was over, so they helped us move some boxes we'd planned on moving ourselves. I'd absolutely use them again.
