The crew was right on time (and they were very patient when we needed a few more minutes to get one of our cats locked up in a back bedroom). They moved everything very quickly and carefully, and they asked questions to make sure they were careful with items we thought might be fragile. They were finished moving the furniture long before our estimated time was over, so they helped us move some boxes we'd planned on moving ourselves. I'd absolutely use them again.

These guys were great, would recommend. I used their services largely for the heavy lifting portion of my move, having already done most of the prep and the box moving, so it was mostly furniture from a condo (2nd floor) to a split level house. We rented a truck ourselves, with packing blankets, and the guys showed up on time and well prepared, with packing film and ratchet straps on hand. When I spoke with Johnny the day before to confirm the booking (the last-minute booking, at that) he was very helpful, but warned that a 9am start time could possibly be slightly delayed, that traffic from the southside at that hour on a weekday was entirely unreliable, and I appreciated that frankness. It turned out to be a complete non-issue, as Nick and Paul showed up just before 9. They were good-humored and positive, deft and rapid in their loading, and generally a pleasure to work with. They pointed out existing flaws in pieces prior to loading, so there wouldn't be any question later, which I thought spoke well of their observation and attention to detail. They met us promptly at the new house, and unloaded just as quickly and carefully. I hope not to move again for many many years, but when I do, I will call them again.

Nick and Paul with Bust-A-Move were fantastic! They moved a very heavy sleep sofa down two flighys of stairs and did not touch the walls! Very very professional !! Wonderful positive experience. Would definitely hire them again! Great service!

Noah and his team were absolutely fantastic! There aren't enough stars to commend what his team did. In very hot conditions, four hours, and two PODS, they wrapped and packed my home; they treated my belongs as if they were their own and never once complained. I wish I could package them up and take them with me to my new home in NC. GREAT JOB!!!
