The reservation process was seamless. The rep for All Aboard Moverz called to confirm and to answer any questions I had. The group that showed up were professional, efficient, and very personable. They left such a good impression that I personally requested them for another upcoming job. I was very pleased with them and their work ethic.

The2 gentleman who came to help me move furniture from 1st floor living room to second floor loft were on time, efficient, polite and worked well together. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They kept confining with me how I wanted the job done. Overall it was a totally positive experience. I could not ask for a better service. They cleaned u any debris and offered other ways they could help make the job perfect.
I would recommend this team and this company for any help you need to successfully complete a project in your home especially moving furniture that you can not do alone.
I rate my experience A+++, the Hammer family.

Marshall, Tevon and Dre did a fantastic job moving my furniture into my home. They took the job seriously and made sure that everything was done with care. I was called away as my mother was struggling with pneumonia across the country and they weren’t sure that she would survive. I had to leave these guys to finish the job without me. They took great care of everything and were also incredibly kind to compassionate considering the situation. They even locked up the house for me when they were done and let me know when they were finished.

We had a little extra time on the end so they put together all of my furniture. I would highly recommend this crew to move me again. In fact, I’m hiring them on Monday to move the rest of my things from my final 2 pods into my house.

The movers were respectful of me, my home and my property. Introducing themselves and getting right to work.
They were quick and efficient. It only took them an hour from the time that they arrived and when they finished.

I only remember the lead guys name, Charles. But I appreciate the care that they all took in getting my household goods into my apartment.

Mike and Tim were prompt and so polite. Overall, they did an AMAZING job. The care and quality of how they packed our items was superb. It was almost as though they were packing their own belongings.

At first, I was concerned that the POD would not be large enough since I ordered the smallest size. Mike evaluated what I planned to store, and he told me the items would fill only half the POD! I was shocked. We are selling our home, and we needed to empty our garage as much as possible. Initially, I had not planned to load the POD with any of the items in our garage, assuming none of it would fit. Some items were not in boxes. Nonetheless, Mike and Tim managed to store almost every item from golf clubs to holiday decorations.

One example of Mike and Tim's commitment to quality was after they had loaded all I originally identified and items from the garage. I was now looking for additional items to store in the POD, which were stored in our basement. One item was highly meaningful and treasured by me: my childhood toybox. It was handmade for me (professionally),and all three of my adult children want it. However, all the blankets I purchased were already used. That did not deter Mike. Since we are moving, I had many large corrugated cardboard boxes also stored in our basement, and Mike immediately assured me that he could use a few of those to protect the toybox. You do not find that level of resourcefulness and commitment to quality often.

In the end, about 10% of the POD remained empty. This is an amazing testament to Mike and Tim's packing skills.

I give Mike and Tim a 5 star review for quality, professionalism, experience, and overall service. I would absolutely use their services again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A crew that shows up on time with energy to work. Our crew members love what we do.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.

What types of moves have you handled?

We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
