They were prompt polite and helpful. They asked if I needed them to stay longer. I did have to help and or cue them with some of the packing to ensure they used blankets or wrapping to protect items but they were patient and took direction well.

Punctual, courteous, and respectful of our belongings. Tavon and his colleague offloaded our entire Penske truck in less than five hours. I didn't ask them to do any unpacking, so I don't have any experience to share there, but they were very efficient and even moved some larger items to a different room/floor after we changed our minds on where we wanted them. Tavon seems very enthusiastic and serious about his work; nice to meet people like that who pursue their own business.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A crew that shows up on time with energy to work. Our crew members love what we do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
It’s best if everything is already packed away and to empty any dressers. The drawers in the dressers should be tapped down so they don’t open if not wrapped. Once we arrive sit back and relax.
What types of moves have you handled?
We’ve done all types from local to out of state. From jobs that require one item being moved to jobs that have taking 8hours. We don’t stop until it’s done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing the smiles we put on people’s’ faces. A lot of our customers are impressed with our packing ability & continuous efforts to stay moving. Nothing better than knowing we made someone life a lot easier & less stressful.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We teach all members our basic packing strategies & moving techniques. Each new member goes on jobs with a certified mover until they themselves become certified mover.
