My move was a total mess. Movers were never notified of the details by the company owner, they were cranky & rushed the job, refused to listen to my concerns about how they packed my pods & damaged several items. I repacked the pods today because they made such a mess, did not put moving blankets to buffer anything, and used the pod space very poorly. When I did express concerns about the damage to my items, I was told “oh no that was there” and rushed away. I was able to add more items to the pods today because they had misjudged & rushed everything instead of listening to me. I do NOT recommend them at all. I should’ve hired a real company. And for folks using HireAHelper, know that their damage protection is utter nonsense & is based on “weight of the item” not the actual value of the item that is damaged. Hire a real company.

They did a great job. They were careful with our furniture and moved quickly. One of the movers was allergic to cats, so make sure you let them know ahead of time if you have pets. Allergy meds might’ve made his experience better. Would probably go with them again in the future.
