We hired 2 men to unload our truck and it was worth every penny and some! Khaleel and Douglas were beyond impeccable! They were very respectful of our personal property! They placed things exactly where we wanted them. They even offered to put things together for us, but we declined because my husband was going to do that. They were just a few of minutes late, but we were told in advance that they were running a few minutes behind. I mentioned the fact it was kind of hot, to which they responded “Oh it’s ok.” And I tell you they showed that the heat didn’t bother them! They worked together and they worked hard. They were also very efficient. We would absolutely use them again and most definitely recommend them to anyone!

We booked 2 movers to help with heavy lifting and loading a truck. James E. And his son-in-law came and were fantastic. We got the job done in the two hours. Very professional. Would highly recommend this company and James.

The two gentlemen showed up about 1:15 PM and then got done probably about 2 PM EST, there was a Jamaican guy, long hair and another guy. The other guy was very aggressive fast fast fast get it done banging dropping not using dollies very rushed wasn’t impressed with that. I know I got several scratches and dings new Very quickly, but I won’t call back. Have a good day.

The star rating is not reflective of the two gentlemen that did the actual labor, in fact those 2 gets a 5 star.
My issue was communication on the day of the move. Silly me, I actually thought they would arrive between the agreed upon time frame. I’m guessing they were sent on a job somewhere else before hand which caused them to be late to my location.
If DMV would have just been honest with me I wouldn’t be so angry. But to ignore my calls and texts is simply unprofessional.
Claiming traffic is the reason is a pathetic excuse for DC. Guess what, there’s always traffic. The prudent thing would be to account for traffic when scheduling your people. I do so on a daily basis driving around the DMV area.
But when it came down to me asking about how to make payments they were lightning quick with a response! Ughhh
