Their service was JUST ok! at best! They showed up fairly on time but they did NOT show ANY initiative. They basically took direction, but that was it. When we arrived at the destination move, I asked them to open boxes, when I arrived back, they had opened the tape to the boxes and were sitting there waiting for me to get back. They were doing the BARE minimum. They shut the job down and hour and a half before the finish time because they were "late" to another job. I would NEVER hire them on my own and only hired them through hire a helper. They were lazy and did the minimum at BEST!

The movers were nearly an hour late in arriving to the job. They also complained frequently about the weight of the load. On the other hand, they loaded the truck in a timely and efficient manner.

We hired two guys for two hours. The arrival time was supposed to be between 3 and 4. For some reason, there was a mix up and they didn't arrive until 630. Thankfully, we didn't have to leave that night and they did a great job!
