Only issue I had with them was that they were about 1.5 hrs late, they did call after 30 minutes late. But once they arrived they got to work immediately and did not take a break until the job was finished. I plan on using them again to move back in.

I was understanding when Johnny B Movers called and said their guys would be an hour or so late, but 4 hours! They're first mistake was allowing employees to head out without a cell phone but then they were lost looking for my house for another 3 hrs before they stopped and used a pay phone to call and find out more about where I live. When it only took them an hour to do the work I was hiring them for, and I had set up payment for 2 hrs, Lydia said she and Johnny would work something out where they would give me some of my money back. Of course I haven't heard from them since (more than 7 months ago).
I will mention that the guys, young as they were, did a good job loading my truck.... I just wish they would've called and gotten directions so they hadn't been 4 hrs late.
As far as compensation for the inconviences and added stress we have given you a full refund. I can also tell you that one of the two movers no longer works for us. So please if there is something other that I can do to make the situation better please let me know.
