They were lightning fast, and moved my entire 1 bedroom apartment in about 1 hour. They even brought additional help. They were extremely efficient, and also locked the truck for me when they were done.

Absolutely amazing! I can't believe how quick or how professional they were - especially for the price! They packed everything securely, and probably did what would have taken me two days in just three short hours. Best money I've ever spent- Not to mention really nice guys. My only regret is that they won't be where I'm moving to for future moves.

Overall, they got the job done. They were very friendly but every time we turned around Johns "helper" was taking a smoke break. John did most of the work by himself so it took almost the entire 2 hours to empty a small 16 foot truck into our one bedroom apartment. Like I said, they got the job done, they were friendly and they didn't go over 2 hours but we would not use this company again.
I'm very sorry to hear that you would not use us again. That to me is the WORST thing anyone in a "Service Industry" profession can have said about them. It means we did not do our job.
I have to be honest here, I can't figure out where we failed to do our job. The truck was unloaded, there were NO damages, and it was all done in less time than you paid for, we were friendly, and you gave us a 4 out of 5 rating. But you wouldn't use us again?

Johnny and Ray are terrific and awesome workers. Fast, friendly, incredibly efficient. They know what they are doing when it comes to packing and take excellent care to protect your things. Their calm, pleasant, "can do" attitude was such a relief. I recommend them highly.

These guys are THE BEST! They were on-time (actually had to wait for me for a couple minutes) and they started right away. They were quick and courteous and friendly and really careful with my things. Their packing skills were amazing! I was so happy with their work I would definitely use them again and absolutely recommend them to anyone who is facing a move! They are GREAT!! Thank you so much to John, Ray and of course Lydia who assured me the night before that all would be fine and she was right!!
