The team leads attitude was terrible, the other two movers were very nice. The pod was packed poorly and when I asked them to fit the remaining things behind the mattress (because I saw room) the team lead got nasty and said I hired him to pack not unpack. Ended up having to rent a small trailer to fit the remaining items. Wouldn’t recommend as the attitude was very rude and even though their was remaining time left they didn’t want to try and remedy the situation. I left a 5-star review the previous day for their packing because they wanted to see me post it before they left, and I would not have left that high of a review. Once they left i found two kitchen cabinets and 3 kitchen drawers that hadn’t been packed up- thank goodness I checked.

The two-man crew arrived on schedule and ready to get the job done. We reviewed what I needed and what my concerns were about some of my pieces of antique furniture and I found their suggestions great. Took all of the stress out of the day for me. Everything was wrapped and moved with care. Work was scheduled for up to three hours and was completed within two hours. Am hopeful that the next team of movers will be as courteous and knowledgeable as this crew.

Mario and his crew were fantastic! We were very nervous that our items would not fit in our 26 foot truck. He took a look and assured us it would fit. He packed it nice and tight and we had room to spare. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

What training do you provide your crew members?
In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
