They were supposed to be there between 3-4, finally arrived at 5. I only had a small amount of furniture to move, after 20 min of assessing my furniture they started to load it. I then noticed that the crew leader was wearing a 9mm holstered to his hip, this made me very nervous and I thought clearly inappropriate to come to a job at someone’s private residence openly carrying. They would reassess how to pack every few pieces and then take smoke breaks. I had to take apart the bed frames as they were going to leave them. None the less, they were slow and appeared to have little to no knowledge of how to pack and move someone’s household goods. I am a retired veteran and have moved too many times to count ... these two clearly didn’t have a clue. I had previous experience with hire a helper with excellent service. But it was not the case this time.

These guys were the best hard working movers I have used in the East Texas area! I couldn't believe how neatly and efficient they packed my UHAUL. I just hope the ones who unload it do as well as they did. I will definitely use and recommend this company for future use!
