Our movers arrived at the stated time & were completely prepared for the job.
We had Steve & Dillon & they worked fast & non stop for two hours loading all the contents of a three bedroom house & garage into a large penske truck. Their work ethic & packing skills are exceptional! Everything arrived at our destination three days later in perfect shape.
I highly recommend A&M East Texas Moving & especially the team of Steve & Dillon.

Workers were very slow. They did not put the boxes where I asked them to. Told me they would set my two beds up, they only set up one. Because they moved so slowly it ended up costing me for an extra hour. One of the workers even told my brother-in-law who has COPD that he should help them!!!! Why do they think I hired them in the first place???
Would not use them again...or at least not those two workers!!!

They showed up a hour early and charged me for half that time. I might consider this company again, but not these individuals. They scratched an antique piece of furniture and stained our box springs. Overall, they accomplished what I needed.

They arrived on time with 3 guys and had my 4 bedroom place well packed in the truck in 4 hour. They worked quickly and efficiently. I'd definitely use them again.
My only complaint, which is why they get 4 stars instead of 5, is that they chipped a piece of glass and didn't offer to compensate me for it. I didn't make a big stink about it because I didn't care too much about it -- probably $40 to replace -- but I would expect a company that's looking for 5 stars to take proactive ownership of their mistakes.

After moving into a 3rd level apartment in we quickly figured out I did not want to move heavy items such as dressers, washer/dryer, etc. up three flights of stairs! The movers were on time, very careful with our furniture. I would recommend using them and plan to use them again!!!!

Steve was prompt, honest, hard working and extremely professional.He handled my furniture, TV and stuff carefully. They also bring Dollies and required tools and use those for free. I would highly recommend Steve and his company A & M East Tx. for moving labor help!
