Jeremy and Joseph did an excellent job. They showed up on time and was ready to start immediately. I had planned to have the dining room table broken down when they arrived but didn’t have.it done, they brought out their tool bag and dissembled it for me. They moved all they furniture and boxes that we discussed and were careful not to damage any of it. When they were finished, they ask if I had anything else loaded into the truck before leaving. Great job guys, I have no problem recommending you to all who ask.

Only three stars because I guess the guys were nice but not very experienced. I need to rehire helpers to repack storage it was packed horrible and the space (10x30’) was stacked so unprofessional. They also didn’t move very fast and taking their time which was ending up paying more than I thought I would. Comparing with movers I hired before it was a day and night difference. From a 5+ star to them.

They arrived on time, I requested 2 hours, expecting to need 3 hours. 3 hours in they left because of another appointment. This was with me helping loading dollies and transporting boxes for them to put in the storage unit! In the 3 hours only 2/3 of the truck was emptied. This left my wife and I to upload the truck into the storage facility ourselves. They just did not work efficiently. Not professional movers!

Mover's response:
Hello. I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with the service you received. I think you stated the problem yourself. The fact is you booked too little help for too little time. You hired 2 guys to unload a fully loaded 26' truck, which is the biggest rental truck available, at 2 different locations. We also had to wait about 15 minutes for you to rent out the storage unit. If anyone was being inefficient, it wasn't us. I understand it can be tempting to underbook the job, whether it's to save money or for whatever reason, but this is typically the result when that happens. This was an at minimum 4 guys for 2 hours, or 2 guys for 4 hours job. Honestly, the crew didn't have to stay any additional time. They stayed an additional hour, which caused them to be late to their second job, as a courtesy to you. We do the best we can to accommodate our customer's, but we also can't do the impossible. The crew helping you was one of our most experienced crews. I'm confident they were moving as efficiently and safely as they could. They also let you know well in advance that they had another job to go to and that they couldn't stay indefinitely. Honestly, I don't know what else you can reasonably expect from a moving company. As far as I'm concerned, we went above and beyond to try to help you as much as we could.

Upon booking a work order with us, someone from Soprano Moving will reach out to you within 48 hours to confirm the move details and for you to ask any questions you may have.

You can expect a group of courteous and respectful young men ready to help you with all of your moving needs.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

In addition to providing moving pads for any furniture you want to protect against scratches/scuffs, we recommend clearing out any dressers, and packing any loose glass ware (i.e. mirrors/paintings) separately.
