Hello Gennell. I'm sorry you had a bad experience with us. I actually happened to be one of the guys helping you this past weekend. Yes, we did forget the screws to your dining room table, which I acknowledged and apologized for. But that was our only mistake. The main reason we ended up forgetting the screws was because you were rushing us to head out to the second location. I know if we would've done a final walk through, like we normally do, we would've seen the screws which were sitting on the kitchen counter. I also offered you a couple solutions as to how we could resolve the issue. You decided to pay for the additional time for us to assemble your table, but I did provide you with cheaper alternatives. If it hadn't been for the 30 minute drive in between locations, we would've finished in the prebooked amount of time that we were scheduled for. Honestly, we would never show up to a job under the influence, and I don't appreciate you making that suggestion. We didn't drop your couch, and you tried to blame us for chipping your dresser which was already full of scratches, which I have the pictures to prove. You also didn't provide any furniture pads to protect your belongings during transport in the truck. I'm not going to accept responsibility for something that isn't our fault. Just as an aside, we are a small local moving company providing a service during a difficult time. We do our best to provide a professional quality experience. But you should always treat your service providers with respect. There was no need for you to be rude or talk down to us. You didn't even want to allow us to use your restroom. I would never treat you the way you treated us. Also, we're in the middle of a pandemic. Common courtesy is to wear a mask. It's for your own safety, as well as those around you.
