Step By Step did a fantastic job unloading our pod of furniture and boxes. They communicated the morning of with their arrival time. They arrived on time. They worked as a team and did the job efficiently and quickly. I recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Alex led a great crew who worked hard from the first minute, treated us politely, and handled our household goods with care. They certainly won at tetris, loading our ABF trailer with skill and maximum efficiency of space. Especially for military DITY/PPM moves, they were a great hire and I am thoroughly grateful for their help. Fully recommend!

Michael and the team were amazing. Upon showing up they walked through the house and grounds with me to verify what was to be moved. They moved systematically through each room of the house, and then verifying with me at the conclusion of each room that they were complete. They treated the furniture with care and did an excellent job of fully utilizing the 26 foot truck that I rented for the day. After following me to the drop-off location, they swiftly and efficiently moved everything out of the truck and into the rooms that we designated, taking special care of our breakables. At the end of the day, we did a walkthrough and verified everything was in the right place and nothing had been broken. It was a solid five hour job, and if I had to do it again I would not change anything. Recommend this company 100 out of 100 times.

The guys from step by step were fantastic. They showed up, got right to work, and had us unpacked very quickly. They were proactive in asking questions, took the time to understand our methodology, and I found that boxes and items were placed in a way that showed that they thought about what they were doing instead of just moving things from point a to point b.
You can tell that they have a good system of communication between the team and work well together. Nate was obviously the strongest among them, but the others kept up well regardless.

If I could give Alex and his crew 10 stars I would! Excellent communication ahead of time letting me know when they’d arrive and they were right on time. When they got here, did a quick survey of what was getting moved and then they were off!
A fun and respectful crew that didn’t hesitate to hustle. They truly went above and beyond my expectations. I could not believe how much they accomplish in under two hours.
I thought I was a Tetris Master, but Alex is the World’s Best Tetris Master by far! He stayed in the pod and used every inch as his crew kept bringing him more. Even left me some room for the very little I still need to pack up tonight.
If you are lucky, you will get Alex and his crew. I only wish I could take the with me to UNpack once I get to Tampa. Thank you so much from a very happy customer!!

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
