Based on reviews and comments, I reached out to Step by Step logistics - great choice. Alex reached out earlier in morning to inform me if I needed assistance earlier, just reach out. I did require his assistance earlier and Alex & Leo arrived and quickly started moving my "stuff." A true professional and a wizard at packing - the "stuff" in my truck was unloaded and packed in my storage shed like a "tetris master."

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
